The hotel had a perfect location, very close to the main square and within walking distance to various attractions. the clean and modern bathroom was exceptional and the service was friendly and welcoming. the breakfast included was good and the Wi-Fi service was reliable. the hotel's rooms were bright, with large windows that let in natural light, making the rooms seem more spacious than they were. the hotel had good security measures in place and was in a safe neighborhood.
Some rooms could be noisy due to their proximity to the reception area or street-facing windows.

You can also visit zig zag restaurant that offers excellent meals. Reservorio is not far from the hotel.

The staff were kind and accomodating. They even made me coffee early in the morning and let me stay in my room longer. The location is also great, being very close to the main plaza.

Great value and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and had modern bathrooms. The hotel was located just a short walk away from the main square and there was a great vegetarian restaurant across the street.
There were some disappointing aspects to our stay. The noise level was high and made for an uncomfortable experience during our Easter weekend visit.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist. The location was great, easy to access key tourist spots and there were plenty of dining options nearby. The bathrooms had modern amenities and were clean.
The rooms lacked natural light, which made them feel dark and uninviting. Additionally, the noise level was high and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of both natural light and peace and quiet made the stay less enjoyable.
